Creative Sharing

Noah is a star at sharing--especially at daycare. Most days he brings a toy or a book to share with his friends. Throughout the day he'll makes sure that each friend gets some quality time with his toy. And, if others bring a toy he will literally tail them asking them to "share? share? share?" until they relent and hand off their toy.

Today he brought his little Autoblox toy car that comes apart. At one point all of the kids wanted to play with it at once. To appease everyone Noah simply took it apart and handed each friend a piece of the car. Wanda was momentarily surprised because she didn't even know it came apart. She said each kid kind of looked stunned as they inspected their mini auto part and then they all began to play.

Mother's Day 2010

Epic Mother's Day began with 10 hours of sleep! We had a nice brunch with Grandma and Uncle Mark in Marin and then spent some time playing in the park. My day continued nicely with a nap, take out Thai food and a home made skateboard cake with Reese's Peanut Butter cup wheels and Reese's pieces on top. The day ended with some serious couch cuddle time while we watched a movie.

Noah claimed to not like candy but did eventually try the Reese's which lead to him proclaiming, "I like this candy!" and asking for a "teeny bit more".
